May 9th, Missy showed NBC 4's Liz Crenshaw how to make an easy gourmet breakfast for Mom on Mother's Day. Watch the 5/9/2008 "Tricks of the Trade" segment. February 11th, Liz Crenshaw returned to Thyme Out for a "Tricks of the Trade" segment in which Missy whipped up some ideas to make your Valentine's Day extra special. On November 24th, Missy was a special guest of the Fox 5 Midday News for a live demonstration and tasting of her delicious post-Thanksgiving recipes.

On November 21st, Missy appeared on Retirement Living TV's "The Daily Café" and provided her top tips on how to roast the perfect Thanksgiving turkey. On December 13th, Missy appeared on "The Daily Café" again, this time demonstrating smart shortcuts in the kitchen when cooking for one.
